If a customer is unhappy with a purchase or feels that an item was received in error, we ask the customer to contact us immediately. We accept returns during these circumstances and extend full refunds (including any return shipping cost). Any claims for shortages, damages or shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We take pride in our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their online tea purchases.

• Shipping and Handling fees are calculated based on a package’s processing time, weight and destination. • For accounts located East of the Mississippi River, there are no shipping charges on orders of $400.00 or more.

• We ship via UPS and USPS within the contiguous United States and ONLY via USPS to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and international countries. • We do not drop ship wholesale orders to third party accounts.
